Work Contract

Your main workplace is the company office at 45 Central Street. You can also work from home if your manager agrees. When working from home, you must make sure your work space is safe. The company will give you the things you need to work, like a computer and access to company systems.

You must come to work on time. Your work hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. If you cannot come to work, you must tell your manager as soon as you can. If you are often late or miss work without a good reason, you might get in trouble.

If you break company rules or don't do your work properly, the company will take action. This might start with a warning, either spoken or written. For serious problems, you might lose your job. You will always have a chance to explain what happened before any decisions are made.

You get 25 paid holiday days each year, plus public holidays. You must ask your manager before taking holidays. You should take all your holidays during the year, but in special cases, you can keep up to five days for next year if your manager says yes.

The company has a pension plan to help you save money for when you stop working. After working here for three months, you will join the pension plan. Both you and the company will put money into your pension every month. You can choose not to join if you don't want to.

The company wants to keep everyone safe and healthy at work. You must follow all safety rules, whether you're working in the office or at home. You will get safety training, and you should tell your manager if you see any safety problems.
