Emma: Hi, John! Can you hear me?
John: Hi, Emma. No, I can't hear you very well. Your sound is very quiet.
Emma: Oh no, I think there's a problem with my microphone.
John: OK, don't worry. Check your microphone settings first.
Emma: Where are the settings again?
John: Click on the little microphone icon at the bottom of your screen. Check if it's on.
Emma: Oh, it's off! I think that's the problem.
John: Great, let's see. Try speaking now.
Emma: Can you hear me now?
John: Yes, that's much better! But your video is a bit slow.
Emma: Oh no! My internet is always slow in the afternoon.
John: OK, no problem. Turn off the video for now, and just use audio. It helps the internet go faster.
Emma: Alright, I'm turning it off. Can you still hear me clearly?
John: Yes, I can hear you perfectly.
Emma: Great! Anything else I can try?
John: Yes, check if your internet is connected well. Look at the Wi-Fi icon at the top of your screen. Is it full?
Emma: It has only one bar.
John: OK, move closer to your Wi-Fi router. That helps sometimes.
Emma: I can't move now because I'm at my desk.
John: No problem. Close any other programs or apps you don't need right now. That also helps.
Emma: OK, I'm closing them now.
John: Is it better?
Emma: Yes, it feels a bit faster now! Thank you, John.
John: No problem! Technology is always a little tricky.
Emma: Yes, it is! But now it's working, so we can start the meeting.
