Chloe: Hey Ben, can you play any musical instruments? My gran teaches me piano sometimes.
Ben: No, I am not musical. I can't play the piano. I try the guitar sometimes, but I am terrible! My fingers don't work! Can you play the piano well?
Chloe: Oh no, not well! I can play simple songs, very slowly. My grandmother teaches me. It's fun, but I'm not very good! Practice is important.
Ben: It's cool you can play a bit. So I can't play music, but I can cook! I really like cooking. I can make great pasta dishes. My Sunday chicken is very good too!
Chloe: Really? You can cook? Wow, great! I am useless in the kitchen. I can't cook anything! My pasta is bad! But... I can swim very well. I love swimming. I go to the pool twice a week.
Ben: Ah, swimming! Okay, I can swim too, but not very well. I don't like putting my head under the water. Can you do other things? Languages?
Chloe: Erm, I can speak a little bit of French. We learn it at college. I can ask simple questions and understand a bit. It's difficult!
Ben: Wow, French! No, I only speak English. Goodness, Chloe! Piano, swimming, French. You have many skills!
Chloe: Maybe just little skills! And you can cook amazing pasta! We all have different skills.
