The Wrong Jumper

Subject: Problem with my order #UK2489

Dear Sir/Madam,

I ordered a blue jumper from your website last week. The jumper arrived today, but it is green, not blue! I paid $35 for this jumper and I am not happy. I want the blue one that I ordered.

1. You can keep the green jumper and we will give you $10 back
2. We can send you the blue jumper tomorrow. You can use the label in the box to send the green one back to us. You don't need to pay for postage.
