What is it? Write a short story based on three pictures.
How long? At least 35 words
What do you write about? The three main events shown in the pictures
How to Approach
- Look carefully at all three pictures
- Think about what happens in each picture
- Plan how to connect the events in your story
- Write a rough version first
- Check you've included all three events
What Examiners Look For
The examiners check if you can:
- Write a clear story that others can understand
- Include all three events from the pictures
- Connect your ideas in a logical way
- Use simple English correctly
Tips
- Write about each picture in order
- Use simple connecting words like 'and', 'but', 'then'
- Check you've written enough words
- Make sure your story makes sense when you read it back
