Hi Anna,
I've been reviewing the performance of the Product Development department for the past few months, and the results are worrying. The output is lower than expected, and deadlines are being missed more frequently. I think we need to address this before it becomes a bigger issue. _______
Could you take a look at the latest reports and share your thoughts? Maybe we can brainstorm some ideas for improvement.
Best,
David

Hi Anna,
I'm free this afternoon if you want to set up a quick meeting. You've made a good point about morale. _______ If that's the case, it's something we definitely need to look into.
Also, should we think about involving HR at this stage? They might have insights from a staff welfare perspective.
