B2 First (FCE - First Certificate)

First Certificate is equivalent to B2 on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. A pass at B2 First is equivalent to scoring about 80-90 on the TOEFL ibt.

There are four papers: reading & use of English, writing, listening, and speaking.

Part One - Multiple Choice Cloze

Part Two - Open Cloze

Part Three - Word Formation

Part Four - Key Word Transformations

Part Five - Reading Multiple Choice

Part Six - Reading Gapped Text

Part Seven - Reading Multiple Matching

C1 Advanced (CAE - Advanced)

C1 Advanced is equivalent to C1 on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. A pass at C1 Advanced is equivalent to scoring about 100-120 on the TOEFL ibt.

There are four papers: reading & use of English, writing, listening, and speaking.

C2 Proficiency (CPE - Proficiency)

Proficiency is equivalent to C1 and C2 on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, depending on the grade achieved.

C2 Proficiency is equivalent to C2 on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. A pass at C2 Proficiency is equivalent to scoring about the maximum of 120 on the TOEFL ibt.
